Do you have any Gluten-Free or Vegan Cookies?
Yes! We currently offer one gluten-free cookie; however, we do process all cookies in a commercial kitchen. We do the best we can to maintain a sanitize environment when baking our Amaretti cookies but there could be trace amounts of gluten in the product.
Our Elvis Cookie Pie is vegan friendly! Filled with locally made peanut butter, bananas and dark chocolate – we guarantee this is a cookie fit for any king!
We can also custom bake any cookie, cookie pie or cake to fit your dietary needs! Just email us with your request!
I have a nut allergy, are your cookies safe to eat?
We do have a number of nut-free cookies; however, we do work in a facility that contains tree nuts and peanuts.
Are your cookies certified organic?
At this time, they are not. We are committed to sourcing the best possible ingredients, almost all of which are certified organic, non-GMO or fair trade.
How are the cookies packaged?
Our cookies come packaged two to a bag, which makes them perfect for sharing (or just for yourself – we won’t tell!). The packages are sealed as soon as the cookies cool to maintain maximum freshness and are packed in a lovely gift box to be mailed out.
What is the shelf life of your cookies?
In general, we recommend consuming our cookies within a few days of arrival as we do not use any preservatives or artificial flavors in our cookies. However each cookie is heat sealed to maximize their freshness – in generally most of cookies have a 4 week shelf life, with the Signature Chocolate Chip stay fresh at 6 weeks, S’mores at 8 weeks and Amaretti good for 3 months! For our Cookie Pies, they generally stay fresh at room temperature for about 1 week. Any longer we recommend freezing any leftovers.

Do you actually bake in The Little Red Kitchen?
I wish I could but for health reasons we process all orders from an incubator kitchen space in Brooklyn, NY.
If I’m going to purchase just one cookie, which do you recommend?
Well, that’s like picking your favorite child! My favorite to this day is still my chocolate chip, the next runner up is our Double Chocolate Peppermint!
