Shipping Policy

 

 

We ship our cookies nationwide, which makes them the perfect gift every person in your life, including yourself!

 We ask that you kindly familiarize yourself with our shipping guidelines below before you order to make sure your cookies arrive in a safe and timely manner. 

Shipping Rates (updated 11/22)

 

Our shipping rates are calculated based on location and weight of your order. We ship using UPS and Fedex and you can choose your preference at check-out.  Please note that rates are currently higher due to Peak Holiday Surcharges from UPS and Fedex, which will extend through January. 

Ground shipping transit times are not guaranteed, scroll to the bottom of the page to review a transit time map.  Please note the times listed are estimates, they may arrive before the date listed depending on our production schedule.  However, if you notice once your package has shipped there is a significant delay or if the package says it was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact us at hello@littleredkitchenbakeshop.com

Fedex 2-Day/UPS 2-Day/Overnight rates are guaranteed. If you notice a delay in your shipment, please contact us at hello@littleredkitchenbakeshop.com. So we can resolve any issues. 

If you know you need your package to arrive by a certain date, we highly recommend selecting either Fedex 2-day or UPS 2 day at checkout. 

Orders generally ship Monday-Thursday.  During the holiday season we ship Monday through Friday.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.  During peak season in December, please allow for extra days to process your order.  If you are looking to have a package arrive by a certain date please use the delivery calendar on the cart page to select a date that you wish to have your package arrive.  We will do our best to make sure it arrives as close to or on the date you select. 

Address Correction Fee $18 - please note that if you incorrectly input the delivery address you may be charged an address correction fee from our shipping carriers. This fee would result in either a) our shipping carriers correcting your address during shipment or b) returning your shipment back to us due to it being undeliverable.  You will be contacted if this fee is to occur with your order.  How to avoid this fee? Please double check that your shipping address is 100% correct at check out.  If you realize there was a mistake in your order after placing, please email us immediately at hello@littleredkitchenbakeshop.com and we will correct it for you.  

Shipping Delays: Please note that we have no control over shipping delays related to weather or congestion with our shipping carriers. While we do our best to make sure your packages arrive in a timely manner, it is out of our control once it leaves our facility and goes into the hands of Fedex/UPS.  To avoid potential delays, please make sure your shipping address is correct and during the holiday season allow for adequate shipping time. 

Return Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We also do not offer returns or refunds due to carrier related shipping delays or incorrect addresses inputted at checkout, which would result in a delay.  

However, if your shipment arrives damaged or if there is an obvious mistake in your order, we will offer a free replacement of the product or return of the amount paid by the purchaser with proof of mistake or damage. 

In making a purchase, the purchaser, on behalf of him/herself and any recipient of the purchase, waives any additional claims it may have, including for interest and other payments.

If you would like to pick up your order at our production kitchen in Sunset Park, Brooklyn; please select local pick up at check out. We will be in touch after your order is placed to schedule a pick up time.
