What is babka? 

Babka is a sweet yeasted bread, similar to brioche often filled with chocolate or cinnamon. Our babkas aren't overly sweet, which means you can have a slice to start ot end your day. Babkas roots stem from the Eastern European Jewish communities in Poland and Ukraine.
